🛑 Stop using elastics you guys

🤍Use soft, velvet or silk scrunchies

Elastics, being rough with your hair, all cause breakage. That snapping you hear when you brush... more breakage...

🤍Use a wide tooth comb on wet hair...I personally use our jelly bean wet brush...
🤍Baby your hair, use quality products
🤍Use silk pillowcases
🤍Use actual hair wraps

Reduce friction, brush from the bottom up, air dry as often as possible and use a heat protectant when you use heat tools. I personally love the blow out cream on wet hair and the thermal protectant on dry hair right before I curl.

You see, I did not start my business with the intentions of selling beauty products and I never have. Truth be told, that part of my business is where I lack heavily.
I purchased my MONAT business fully expecting this vegan, naturally based product to be significantly inferior to the professional products I was used to.
The compensation plan was so far superior to anything else available I was willing to look the other way and focus on business building and deal with the products available.
I was very wrong about one of those initial 2 ideas I had
And I was definitely right about the compensation plan.
Turns out this former know it all was dead wrong about the products.
Turns out that this comp plan AND the products blow every other product line out of the water.
The business and the products are quite simply far superior to anything else available.

If you want to win you have got to understand you have the made the smartest decision of your life.

You have to own it. Confidence vs arrogance.

You have got to learn the compensation plan inside and out.

This allows you to know where you need to focus and with whom.

Understand that social selling is a personal development program in disguise.

BE COACHABLE...you don’t have to be the exact same as everyone else... but every single leader says the same thing in different ways. Don’t reinvent the wheel, just apply your own flare to it.

Act like a director, be a director. What do I mean by this?

The quicker you do the same behaviour, regardless of size, time in, etc., the quicker it will come.

Be intentional when you’re talking to people. Don’t mass blast your friends with a copy and paste. Talk to them. Be genuine and understand that this business is a gift. Don’t beg, don’t come at people feeling desperate. Educate your friends and show them how it fits into their life. We don’t need to look under couch cushions.

You and only you are responsible for your success.

Show up. Every day.

Learn to help and give to others.

A day that changed my life forever.
The day he told me how he felt about me, is the day we use as our anniversary day because we decided right then and there that we wouldn’t date. We would just be us, together and skip all the messy in between stuff.
I had 3 kids.
A fat mortgage.

This is the amount of money I spent to buy my modern day franchise. Now they’re even cheaper.
To say it was the smartest thing I ever did would be the biggest understatement to ever come out of my mouth.
I started my journey technically May 22, 2017. I did nothing with my business for five whole months.
With the birth of my 4th child fast approaching and zero means of income, bills piling up, I went to work.
It wasn’t until I got my first real paycheque in October 15, 2017 where I went all in.
In one month I had earned an amount more than my Rescue Specialist gig paid me in two weeks. I was hooked.
I stopped looking at this as a supplementary income and learned how to maximize the compensation plan, how to apply strategy and specific focus to your business building and ultimately started looking at this as a serious business opportunity and a means to escape brokeville where I was the queen of the land...
This opportunity retired me within a year.
I make a stupid amount of money.
My closest friends make stupid amounts of money.
We drive Cadillacs
We travel the world together
We retire together
We have FUN together
Open your mind to it because one thing I know for certain is there is zero downside to any of this.
Don’t be afraid of what you don’t know, because if you knew, you would never say no.
