Thanks to the friends who have encouraged me to do this - all your nudges have added up over the years. If you'd like to support me AND get access to all my art and sharing, please visit this brand-newly-launched Patreon page and sign up.

Resource Fair today Sunday Nov 3, 10am-4pm

It should be a lively and welcoming event, with tables for many classes (including Be Heard!) as well as live demos of things like Chair Yoga, Tai Chi and more. With this End of Life Resource Fair we have an opportunity to educate, demystify and celebrate the new holistic approach to end of life.
Maybe I'll see you there!
Warmly,
