You will access the program in one of 4 ways:
a) Website – all workouts and ebooks will be accessible in the 30 Day Challenge webste to those who sign up (workout videos, nutrition, etc)
b) Over 40 Fitness APP – all workouts and videos, nutrition plan, daily notifications with workout video, nutrition and motivational support video
c) 30 Day Challenge Private Facebook Group – There will be a separate Sisterhood Facebook group that will be dedicated to the Challenge with links to workouts, support, daily motivation, FB LIVE
d) Daily Emails – daily emails sent that guide you through the program, workouts, motivation and accountability
Faye and I are literally guiding you through the 30-Day Challenge on a day to day basis to keep you accountable, motivated and supported more than you have ever had.
• 30 Day Program will be bodyweight only workouts that you can do at home that are short an metabolic.
