Bring Back Real Bodies

So, I gained some weight and was uncomfortable with sharing this, but it's really what Bring Back Real Bodies is about...self acceptance, and being present in your process with your body, if you want to lose weight, if you want to gain weight, tone down, or gain muscle. I was going to wait to do a photo shoot, maybe lose some weight and come back confident. However, that would go against the point of BBRB's. Therefore, instead of waiting to do that I'm sharing a picture I took of myself in my house, and I'm completely owning it. So feel free to Bring Back Real Bodies with me, you don't have to be in your bra and under wear, you can be in whatever is comfort to you that shows off your real body, and . We want to see your confidence shine.

If we can be this free, and have this much fun in the skin we are in! So can you! We are still thinking about all our lovely ladies at Bring Back Real Bodies, and continue to encourage you to be fearless and free. As well, always, always remember you are beautiful; no matter the size, even if you want to lose a few pounds. However, be satisfied with your process and where you are. We are all different, and what works, for you may not work for someone else/vice versa, and that is ok. These things make us unique, and we prize uniqueness at Bring Back Real Bodies. Keep Pushing ladies, and Keep telling yourself you are beautiful...because you are.
