Dear LNG folks, I wish I had better news to share, but as everyone probably expects, the next Workshop with Paul in Munich (scheduled for Dec 11-13) is cancelled.

Dear LNG Munich people, not surprisingly and in line with the general LNG "policy", the workshop planned in Munich for Oct 16-18, 2020 will be cancelled. We will keep you posted on any updates for 2021. Take care

Wir planen einen Workshop mit Paul vom 28. Februar bis 1. März 2020 in München. Bitte meldet euch möglichst bis 6. Januar verbindlich an, da der Workshop nur bei ausreichender Teilnehmerzahl statt.

I am looking forward to some more visits to this wonderful city later on in the year.
I would like to remind those fine folk that study Taijiquan and Neigong with me in Munich to keep their daily practice going.
Always return to the basics, stretching, breathing, qua work and form.
As time goes by these private moments spent in self cultivation become precious and one wonders how they managed their life and happiness without them.
