In 1998 just after Dorado artist Ceri Evans AKA Sunship won a MOBO for best Jazz album and a week later released his first UK Garage hit, 'City Life', I asked him to remix Jhelisa's 1994 Classic 'Friendly Pressure'. The remix was one of the records of that summer, coming out that September and kicking of an incredible run of UK Garage hits for Sunship into the Millenium. Fast forward 26 years and a whole new generation has suddenly discovered this record, thanks to Tik Tok, and they are loving it and sharing it around the world

Celebrating today the 30th anniversary of Dorado's second artist album 'Almost In' by Outside. Matt Matthew Cooper was only 18 when I was introduced to him by Matt Winn and this album was released before he turned 21. Recorded in the loft and spare bedroom of his parents North London home he roped in an incredible line up of vocalists and musicians. Cleveland Watkiss MBE, Vanessa Simon, Dee Major, Anita Kelsey, Orbit, Rob Galliano, Greg Osby, Lili Haydn, Ernie McKone, Amanda Drummond, Jane Cina, Thomas Dyani, Byron Wallen, Wayne Batchelor, Dan Lipman, Neil Conti, Patrice Blanchard, Roger Beaujolais, Ashley Slater, Jono Podmore, Prabjote Osahn, Gary Crosby, and Frank Felix. Alex Myers helped Engineer and Miles Showell handled Mastering. Michael Banks photographed the cover image and Mike Bone designed the Sleeve. Respect to all those involved, this record sounds as fresh and rich as it did back then.
