Jed and I spoke at length about his battles with depression during his teenage years. He described a time where he ended up in a pretty bad situation which acted as a trigger to find help and sought out his biggest support - his mum. She had been his confidant any time he was dealing with life’s challenges. Professional was his biggest recommendation for those struggling with depression and anxiety.
