For today's wellness Wednesday we are going to mix it up a bit! Today is National Dog Day 😊 regardless of the type of pet share a photo of that special friend that makes your day better ♥️ if you feel up to it share a story about why they mean so much to you. For me this is Tessa 🥰 the universe answered me when I needed a soul to support me. The opportunity to adopt her came at the darkest part of my life. I'm grateful to her everyday because she can always put a smile on my face.
This is probably my favourite reading thus far 😅. So much happiness, freedom and childlike playfulness is emerging from deep within as you step into your new role as a divine being of light and love. There’s no going back to pain and suffering. So let it go. This is your new life, so allow yourself to embrace it 💗✨
How often in a day do you blame someone for either the way you feel or the way you perceive yourself to be? This is negative thinking that we must work on shedding. Often we blame a parent (or both) for why we act a certain way. Yes conditioning plays a role in the way we conduct ourselves daily. However, if we are able to acknowledge that there is a behavior of ours that we dislike, so much so that we blame someone else, then we must acknowledge that we can change. At this point you can only blame yourself for your actions. It is up to us to take the steps towards owning up to our own baggage. Once we can be honest with ourselves about everything, then we can begin to achieve peace. When you realize that you are the only one controlling your life, you begin to take control of it.

Hey everyone ! So you may have noticed we haven't really posted this week. Please forgive us as we are both adjusting to new schedules and life changes. We will be silent this week as well unless some free time appears. We will be reworking the schedule of the page as we have seen to over committed ourselves. For wellness Wednesday I want to highlight ZenGest! I personally have IBS which causes me bouts of pain in both my upper and lower stomach. This pain can get so severe that sometimes I pass out. This oil has saved me all that !! 9 times out of 10 as soon as I begin to feel cramping I put two drops in a small glass of water and drink it quickly. That's mostly because I'm not a fan of the taste of licorice lol 😂 I refill the cup with water and drink until I don't taste any oil coming from the cup. Within 10 minutes I have relief and can continue about my day or actually get a good night's sleep. ♥️

Forming that relationship with your intuition is ESSENTIAL in your life. Without intuition, it’ll be harder to make decisions, harder to trust. Harder to let go of worry and harder to enter that state of flow with the universe.
Basically life gets easier when you learn to trust yourself. And how do you learn to trust yourself? By spending SO MUCH TIME with YOU! By understanding your body’s sensations and reactions.. learning what they mean. Understanding what fears you have and what fear feels like for you.. Meditation helps with this as well as it connects you to your soul self.
Try spending at least 15 mins a day with yourself, and begin learning everything there is to know about you and your feelings ✨
It's wellness Wednesday! Since lately we have to be wearing masks out and about I figured I would highlight an oil that helps you breathe! It's literally called Breathe and is a life saver when you are sick with a stuffy nose, congested because of allergies, or having troubles breathing because of asthma. Little tip and trick apply one drop to your re-usable mask to give you that freshness and ease of breathing. My favourite way is to diffuse it when I'm sick or use the roller bottle when I'm doing physical activity to help open my air ways and prevent asthma attacks.
There’s a wave of frustration and uncertainty right now.. having doubtful thoughts, not seeing the light at the end of the tunnel..
If you’re experiencing mental overwhelm, try to get out of your head and into your heart. What feeling are these mental thoughts attached to? What inner wound are you holding tightly onto? A feeling of unworthiness? A feeling of not enough-ness? Tune into your emotions and get to the root of your blocks. Be gentle with yourself and ride out your emotional waves with stillness. You’re on the brink of massive breakthroughs ✨

We have a challenge for you all! For the next 24 hours, we want you all to be the observers of your thoughts. Every time you hear a negative, doubting thought, we want you to replace it with a loving one! For instance, if you pass a mirror and look into it thinking “oh gosh, no wonder I’m single! Look at my chubby cheeks and wrinkles!”.. SCRAP THAT THOUGHT! Immediately notice its presence and replace it with something more loving. “I love how my eyes sparkle in the sunlight” “I love the little freckles I have on my nose” “I have the most beautiful smile!”
You may not believe these at first, but you will in time! Scraping negative, damaging thoughts is a very important habit to start!!!

One thing that narcissists LOVE: Low self esteem.
If you find you're often attracting narcissistic partners, try doing some introspection. How do you feel about yourself? Do you feel worthy of unconditional love, affection and support? Do you feel good enough to have someone who treats you like the beautiful soul that you are?
Narcissists are often attracted to those with low self esteem, as they can sense - on an energetic level - an opportunity to dominate the situation. When one has low self esteem/worth, they tend to give away their power and allow others to have the upper hand. They allow mistreatment because on a subconscious level, they don't believe they deserve better. That's why the narcissists thrive.
Narcissists aren't typically attracted to those in their power. They know they can't dominate the situation and there's no joy of manipulation for them there.
Our thoughts/beliefs create our reality. So if you're not getting what you desire or deserve, is it because deep down you don't truly think you're worthy of it?
This is a deep one today ! We are looking at narcissistic behaviour and how to spot it. This applies to friends, family, and partners. Most people who are narcissistic have suffered their own form of trauma and the way they treat you and everyone else is their defense mechanism. However that behavior is not acceptable and you do not need to take it just because you understand where it comes from. So look out for things like:
- a person who constantly puts you down
- someone who puts the blame on you when your trying to set boundaries
- someone who tells you everything you did wrong, and everything wrong with you, when your just looking for support or an ear to vent to
- people who make you feel small or put you down when you share your new ideas, creations, or changes
- people who's favourite line is: " fine I won't ever talk to you again then since everything I say you take the wrong way"

✨ HAPPY MONDAY EVERYONE ✨
It’s funny how many of us DREAD Mondays because of all the stress and responsibility that comes along with it. We feel like we must have everything planned, organized and ready to go for the week, otherwise we’re setting ourselves up for a week of failure 🙃. That belief in itself just sets us up for failure 😅
Mondays don’t have to be dreadful. It’s literally just another day. It’s the connotations we place on Mondays that make it so dreadful.
So I encourage you to redefine YOUR Mondays! How do YOU want to feel on Mondays? How do you want your Mondays to go? Regardless if you have a job to go back to or not. We have full reign over our thoughts and emotions. So if you want Monday to be just as zen as Sunday, call it in! Focus your mind on peace, put up those boundaries and don’t allow anyone else’s ideals, opinions or energies disturb your inner harmony 🌸
If you’ve been feeling like the universe has been sh****ng all over your parade recently and you just can’t catch a break, you’re not alone! Major shifts and transformations are happening right now among the collective. We’re walking into unknown territory, some scared as hell, and entering a completely new phase of life. It’s always the darkest before the dawn ✨ So although you may not understand the purpose behind all the mental and emotional chaos going on right now, it’s bringing you to where you’re meant to be. Trust that 💗
We tend to think we will find happiness and love from outside ourselves. This is an impossible search and will leave you feeling empty and like something is always missing. You can only create these feelings from within by loving yourself first. How can you expect someone to love you when you don't love yourself? How can you expect to find happiness in a new car or house when the person within is still the same. We are also told the happiest people are givers but when you have nothing left to give what harm are you causing to your soul. You must do the inner work to find true peace and happiness. No matter how much you try to give of yourself to others or take from others you will not feel satisfied. It is not selfish to say no to someone if that's what you really want to say. It is not selfish to lay in bed all day resting if that's what your mind and body need. Listen to what your soul needs and is truly asking for. Then reflect on things you do that make you feel drained. And stop doing them. You are not in this life to give give give and never get. You deserve all the love and kindness that the world can offer. But you will not be able to accept it until you give yourself those things first. So love yourself. Spoil yourself. Be kind to yourself. You are all you have at the end of the day.
Happy Tuesday guys! This week’s looking a bit challenging, but these challenges have a purpose! Doing the inner healing work of noticing your thoughts and understanding where they come from will be essential this week. You may be feeling impatient when it comes to matters of the heart. You may not be seeing forward movement in some area of your life, so you may feel on the verge of giving up. But you must keep going strong! You’re so close to victory. Ask the universe for strength, guidance and support if needed 💗. Your wishes have already been granted, it’s just a matter of time and you staying committed to the universe and your path before your desires manifest.

• Make a list of the 5 closest people to you
• Now make some notes on the type of energy they bring into your life. Are they positive people? Do they support you and build you up? Do they cherish and love you unconditionally? Do they bring you down? Do you feel drained after having hung out with them? Do they support the fear and self doubt you may have?
• Loving ourselves means allowing only positive, uplifting people access to our energy. It means having the tough conversations to cut out toxic relationships if needed. Loving ourselves means respecting ourselves enough to take our power away from situations that don’t show us appreciation.
So ask yourself, are the people surrounding my life healthy and loving to my being? Do they deserve access to my energy? Is it a balanced relationship with reciprocal love and effort? 🔎
Self care Saturday folks! Man is time flying fast. Today's goal is to give yourself a positive uplifting. Put a jar at your bedside and each night before sleep put a note in there with either something or someone you were grateful for that day. Or put a note with something you love about yourself. Every Saturday take them out and read them. Take a moment to appreciate the joy the simple things give you. Drop a comment below with the first note your going to put in your jar.
