Sorry I haven't been posting - had a lot of techy and other problems to sort out. Beginning to get back on track again. Well it's GREAT BIG GREEN WEEK this week. Hope you are all trying to find ways to live a healthier, greener lifestyle. Even just finding ways to cook using less energy or ways to cut your water usage all help. At least it's summer now so salads can come to the fore.:)

Whilst it is so fffffreezing remember to keep babies and young children well clothed with hats and warm socks and gloves. Enjoy the snow; but be very careful on the roads. Lots of nice warm food to eat high calorie . Have a lovely time preparing for Christmas and try to give people gifts they will use a lot. Grown ups need hats; warm coats or jackets; gloves, socks; boots etc Hoods are great too. Take care
