Rotaract Club of Kantipur Dental College renewed the twin-ship with Rotaract Club of Kathmandu Mid-Town on the 16th of July, 2023; where the two clubs signed the memorandum of understanding in the presence of Club service director of Rotaract District 3292, Rtr. Arjun Khadka, Zonal Rotaract Representative of Zone X, Rtr. Sunil Shahi and Zonal Secretary of Zone X, Rtr. Sanskar Bhattarai.
We are incredibly excited to maintain our twin club relationship with this wonderful club and look forward to cooperating more in the future.

Session on “ROTARY SCHOLARSHIP ” was conducted successfully with our guest speaker Rtr. Anusha Nepal, ADLT RY 2022/23, Freelance Emcee, Trainer on 30th may, 2023.
We would like to thank Rtr. Anusha Nepal for the terrific session.You also reserved a few minutes to field questions, your answers were well delivered.
Hope everyone cleared their confusion and learned few things regarding Rotary scholarship. 😊

RAC-KDC successfully conducted street dog vaccination campaign jointly with HICAST group of veterinary doctors and IVSA on 29th may,2023 on Ward no.7 , Tokha Municipality where 30 street dogs were vaccinated, along with awareness about the risk of rabies and its prevention to the local community.

Yoga and Meditation campaign was conducted successfully on 27th may, 2023 at Budhanilkantha Ashram School by RAC- KDC jointly with RAC- Rudramati and RAC- Manohara.

Rotaract Club of Kantipur Dental College successfully conducted 'Project Dhading' including Dental Camp, Stationery Distribution and Menstural Hygiene Education at Lamaguru Mahadev Secondary School , Neelkantha-2, Dhading on May 12 &13 2023.
Project was conducted for two days. On first day, Stationery including bag, notebook and geometry was distributed to almost 100 students from primary level. Oral screening was done with treatment like filling and simple extraction to needed one. Oral Hygiene classes were taken to educate the children about importance of oral health and how to maintain oral hygiene on daily basis. Dental kits like toothbrush and toothpaste was distributed to all students with live demonstration of proper brushing technique.

On behalf of second day campaign was dedicated to secondary level students. Menstural Hygiene classes were taken for girls from class 6-10 with distribution of sanitary pads.Oral screening was done for almost 150 students and treatment is done on the basis of need. Dental Kits were distributed with live demonstration of proper brushing technique.

Thank you to all RAC- KDC volunteers to make this project grand and success with aerial dare, dedication and determination. Rotaract club of kantipur dental college successfully conducted ‘Step Up to Clean Up ‘ community cleaning campaign on 12th April,2023 around Kantipur Dental College premises. 🙌🏻
We were kind of disappointed to see alot of Garbages being thrown around the corners and on the roadside. One small litter will eventually lead to a huge pile of garbage. So, if you see any waste products on the road, the least you can do is ‘STEP UP TO CLEAN UP’ and help keep your surroundings clean.
