Your video should be 3-5 minutes long, suitable for all ages, and can be in Hiligaynon, Filipino, or English. No offensive language allowed. Properly cite information sources (if there are unoriginal materials).
2️⃣ Include a 5-second title page with your details at the start of your video.

✅ Relevance to the theme - 40% (The vlog explains the main focus, which is Environmental Awareness: Environmental Problem or Environmental Solution or both)
✅ Originality and Creativity - 30% (The vlog must be original and creative. The vlogger must show a new and innovative approach to the topic, and it must be done artistically)
✅ Technical Quality - 20% (Adherence to the technical requirements and creative and correct use of elements, such as text, illustrations, and other aspects)
✅ Audience Impact - 10% (The number of reactions, shares, and views)
