It's been awhile since I've been in the gym thanks to a cold, taking my time easing back into activity. So I've been lifting lighter without a strict plan just taking each day as it comes, also some much needed yoga at home! Do you take time off when you're sick or just push through? That's right, it's pumpkin time and I have no shame! Here is my healthy crustless pumpkin pie recipe. It is so easy and delightful, let me know if you try it π
Combine:
1tsp pumpkin pie spice
2tsp cinnamon
1/2tsp salt
2tsp baking powder
1/3c coconut flour
1/3c swerve (erythritol)
Separately combine:
15oz pumpkin puree
1c unsweetened almond milk
2tsp cornstarch
2.5tsp vanilla extract
Mix wet and dry together and pour into a greased pie dish.
Bake at 400F for 35-40 min.
Transfer to fridge to set or if you don't mind a looser pie, eat immediately!

This is why "diets" don't work! Diets are all about restriction which let's be honest, is not sustainable! Restriction leads to bingeing which leads to restriction, a vicious cycle.

Oof, quick hotel workout! It was interesting to try and do anything resembling a normal routine with only a bench, some dumbbells, and cardio equipment but I made it happen! Also it must have been a really popular time because there were four people in there and the room is at best 15x15 π€£ how do you workout when you are traveling? Do you have a plan or do you just make stuff up as you go??

for some motivation from myself! Honestly, without a firm show date in mind I haven't been dedicated to my meal plan, do any of you out there struggle with this??
BUT I feel like I finally found my mojo and have been having a great couple weeks with nutrition and training. I'm going to ensure that every weekend I take the time to set myself up for success so I can focus on hitting those milestones. 130s here I come!

When you find an old picture and realize you look just like your dad π€π Throwing it back to ~10 years ago when I was a little chubby, lol. My college days were definitely not the healthiest but glad that I've made big changes since then!
And my dad's hair is naturally, fingers crossed I never go grey π
