Noteworthy: A Mental Health Campaign
NOTEWORTHY: Going Beyond the Blues is a mental health campaign spearheaded by the PMSoc DLSU-D in order to lessen the stigma associated with it.
What a panic attacks feels and looks like
Depression kills.. and the only solution is to talk to someone who will never judge. I’m doing an emotional check-in showing support for one another... I need six people to post, not share, this message to show you are always there when someone needs to talk to.
I'm no professional, but I'll just be here if you need someone to listen.
Thank you.
Be safe.
Come see our exhibit at the CBAA Lobby for some positive food for thought! Spread healthy vibes.
You are not alone in this battle.
Megachurch pastor who was known for his work in mental health advocacy kills himself Jarrid Wilson, a popular pastor known for his work in mental health advocacy at a Southern California megachurch, has died by su***de.
In continuation of last year’s outreach, NOTEWORTHY 2.0: Rise Up from Beneath the Blues is a two-day event, 2nd and 3rd of May. It is a mental health awareness campaign that seeks to address and lessen the stigma towards people suffering from mental health issues. This campaign aims to advocate and raise awareness to the community with the help of arts, social media, and activities
In Helping Hands, a canvas is provided by PMSoc wherein students willingly participate to get their hands painted on the canvas for the campaign.
"You took away my innocence, but you can never take away my spirit to survive."
- Child S*x Abuse Survivor
Let us make a stand for these people who are victims of sexual abuse, assault, and harassment. Let us be the voice of those that are muted by the fear of speaking. We are all survivors!

Hi fellow Lasallians, participate this coming may 3 by getting your hands painted on the wall. Let’s help each other to fight against our own mental and emotional battles!
"NOTE that you are WORTHY." - PMSoc
We are fighting our own battles and you may have to fight a battle more than once, twice or thrice but it's never too late to get back up.
With the help of one another, let's express our feelings, reconcile with our emotional conflicts and foster self-love through the use of Art and our Helping Hands.
Join us this May 2-3 to raise awareness and lessen the stigma that plague people with mental health issues.
In HeART: Healing through Art, participants are encouraged to express their deepest conflicts and gain emotional healing through art. This activity will commence in a community in Dasmariñas.
In Helping Hands, a wall will be set up by PMSOC where participants can paint their hand on the wall.
See you!

Have a wonderful day ahead!
Live for the people that loves you. We are all in this together.
But one thing I tell you, You got to go down a lot of wrong roads to find the right one.
And difficult roads often lead to beautiful destination.
The difficult road that I followed became a road that I couldn’t get off
A road I shouldn’t fear off but a road I should be proud of.
Because it is not just a road but it is His road.
And through His road I wandered by, I can feel words written on His faded signs.
His Road and His sign is the most beautiful above all other roads and signs.

We will fight with you! :)
Slow progress is still progress and I am proud of you for working so hard to prove to those who don’t believe in you that they’re wrong. You are so strong because you still have the heart to encourage others even though you have your own problems you need to deal with. Here’s to all of the battles you’ve silently won that no one noticed or recognized because you didn’t want to let them know about what you went through. You have no idea how beautiful your soul is and I pray that God will fully transform you into the person He wants you to be.
Keep going, you are doing great so far.
