Terms and Conditions
- Our regular service is daily (Including Public Holidays).
- All items, laundry/dry-cleaning/ironing accepted for cleaning by Living Quarters Laundry at the owner’s risk.
- The material/fabric may have previously experienced deterioration due to such factors as fading, shrinkages, dry rotting, watermarking, browning, greying or loss of colour and tensile strength. There is no way of determining when such results will occur.
- While utmost care will be exercised and every effort made to safeguard and protect all items received for cleaning. We, however are not responsible for any of the conditions listed above. Living Quarters Laundry shall not be responsible for any further loss or damages howsoever arising.
- Should laundry checklist be missing or should the laundry items not been countered by customer. Living Quarter's count will be taken as correct.
- Garments will be sorted and inspected when received. If they are stained or damaged, we will contact you first for approval. Complete removal of stains is not guarantee.
- Pick-up and Delivery from Private Home, Residential Estates, Condominiums, Service Apartments, Restaurant, Hair Saloon, Spa and Massage Centres, Beauty Centres, Fitness Centres, Residential School Hostel, Hotels, Budget Hotels, Backpacker Lodges and Offices.
- 24 – 48 Hours turnaround time.
- Free Pick-up and Delivery within 10KM Radius. Beyond 10KM additional surcharge of RM10.00 is chargeable.
- A difficult access fee may be charged if premises are a longer than distance from vehicle is parked. Our prices are as stated below:-
