Honored to be sworn-in for a 2nd term as Judge of the 190th Judicial District Court. I am so thankful to each of you who supported me and walked with me on this great endeavor. Specifically, thank you to everyone who attended and to my Dad and each of my predecessors for being there and inspiring me to be a better judge and human. Thank you to the 190th team for your hard work, friendship, and dedication to justice. Thank you to each of my colleagues who attended (and those who couldn’t) for your camaraderie and helping me be better judge everyday - especially Judge Payne for presiding. And thank you to Justice Hightower for swearing-me in. More pictures to follow!

Thank you for your support, vote, and confidence. I am honored and humbled to serve another four years as the Judge of the 190th Civil District Court.

As we enter this final day of the election cycle, I would like to thank everyone who voted for me (and everyone who hopefully will throughout the day!), everyone who sent well-wishes, and who have supported me through this great endeavor. No matter the results today, thanks to your thoughts, words, and deeds, I feel so grateful. Thank you.

The best campaign stop last night was the HBA’s LGBTQ+ Halloween Party!

Early morning campaign calls …

Yesterday I had the honor of speaking on a panel to the Houston Bar Association’s Labor & Employment section regarding Non-Competes and Ancillary Court. Thank you for having me!

The best part of being a Judge is swearing-in a former law clerk. Thank you Mandie for giving me that honor and for all of your hard work for the 190th and the entire judicial system during the pandemic - one of the most challenging times it has ever encountered. I am certain you will be an excellent lawyer! Proud of you.
