I'm coming to the end of round 2 of this 8 week program that I've been on.
I will be doing round 3 starting in December.
This workout program is 8 weeks long, 30-40 minute workouts, and only 4 days a week. You have plenty of room to move the workouts around to fit your schedule. It is a great combination of strength training and cardio all in one.
I have finally gotten over the weight plateau that I've been at and I'm wearing clothes that I haven't worn in a while!
I'm so glad that I've gotten a huge jump on my fitness and I can not wait to buy myself a new bathing suit! πŸ‹πŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘™

We shouldn't have to have a certain day on the calendar to appreciate certain people, but we do. We should be thankful and show our thanks every single day of the year. If we took the time to show our appreciation to strangers on a daily basis, just imagine how happy people would be.
I would like to express my gratitude to ALL that have and currently served our country. You are the reason we are the land of the free. You put your lives on hold, leaving your families to fight for our country and I am beyond grateful! Thank you for fighting for our freedom!
