Hello New England Paintball community!
New England Mayhem is looking for 2-3 players to round out our roster. We are playing Foxball majors this season and at least 2 NXL events (one of them being Cup). Anyone who is interested should have at least 3 years of tournament experience, be able to play at a D3 level, have the funding necessary for a full season, and be able to get to practices and events. Did ok yesterday at Fox Finals. Not the finish we had hoped for but had fun nonetheless. With the last paintball event for Rod Squad in 2014 coming to an end, so ends Rod Squads amazing run. I have spent most of the last 4 years with this team. It has been a big part of me and a lot of the players. We have had ups and downs. We have won some and lost some. I'd like to think that we meant something to the paintball community in New England and CT in particular. Paintball is a sport full of changes. It happens at the end of every season. Things change and people change, so here we are. I count my self lucky to have played with all the players that have come through Rod Squad. I'd like to thank some people here.....Rodney Milliard, Dave Painter, 187 Crew, Fox4 Staff, Anthony Vitale, Lori Miller, Boston Paintball Staff, Every single player that has ever played for this team, every single team we have played against, every photographer that has taken our picture or shot video of us, Natasha Dejesus, our friends, anyone who has ever pitted for us, supported us or just helped out, and most importantly family. Most, if not all, of the players will still be around doing what they love......playing paintball.

**NEXL WRAP UP**
Hard to believe another NEXL season is in the books. Overall Rod Squad placed 2nd for the season. We placed in the top 4, 3 of the 5 events taking 1st place at event 2, we placed 5th at BONE. I'd like to congratulate Bay State Bandits for taking 1st overall for the season and taking home 3 first place wins including BONE. Those guys put in the work and definatley deserve the win and all the recognition that comes with it. I am very proud of the Rod Squad guys and all of the work they put in all season. As most of us know it, isn't easy. Week in and week out we put in the work needed to compete and to win. We do this with the support of our family, friends, and sponsors. I'd also like to thank all of the teams we have competed against over the course of the season. It is great to see the progression of some of the teams at NEXL. Prefferred Mob and Outlaws come to mind. They have been putting in serious work and you saw the results of all that hard work this last event when both of those teams made it into the semi-finals. Congrats to the other winners as well, Invasion (Bone), Section 8 (Season), Infectious (Bone and Season). This sport is tough. It is full of highs and lows. The lows suck, but it helps you apprecite the highs that much more. I appreciate all the dedication and hard work that the staff of Boston Paintball put into making these events happen. Good luck to all the teams playing Cup! See everyone at Foxball Finals!

Tough day at the office yesterday. We went 0-2 at Foxball. Lost to Bandits 5-6 and lost to Boats and Hoes 5-6. On the bright side we did make the playoffs. We went 5-3 on the season with a +10, which is not to shabby. The team looked real good, just couldn't hold on for the W's. Thank you to our sponsors, Opticom, Knucklheads, and Rodney Milliard. Rod Squad RAW Footage NEXL E2 2014

Came in first place at NEXL Event 2 yesterday! It was no joke. All hard fought, hotly contested matches. Super prouud of the Squad! The event was run super smooth and the paint shot great. I'd like to thank our sponsors, OPTICOM, KNUCKLEHEADS, and Rodney Milliard! Also would like to thank our sideline coach Natasha. We played 5 matches, all tough matches, against awesome teams. Being able to play against those teams is the reason we do this. Thanks to Anthony and Lori as well for working hard to put together a great event.

Long weekend incoming!!! Some of the boys are going to be playing Foxball minors this weekend. The rest of us will be at Hogans. NEXL next week.....on the dallas layout......eh its better than the MAO layout!

Incredible day of tournament paintball at Fox4. We won both of our matches today 4-3. Extremely tough, hard fought matches that could have gone either way. It's another paintball tournament Sunday for the Squad. Today is Foxball Majors Event 2. Our first match is @ 1:25 vs. Invasion, them our second match is @ 3:55 vs. NEAA. Both matches are going to be tough. Time to knuckle up!

Dunk Squad looses to Chicago warped in Quarter finals. Good job this weekend boys. This gives us good momentum going into Foxball event 2 on May 18th.

And Dunk Squad is moving into the quarter finals. They beat AC417 4-0.

Dunk Squad tied Abilene Addiction 2-2, and beat Bay State Bandits 4-1. Keep it up boys. Need to play your best to make the Sunday club!!
