SHOOTING DRILL 🎒🏀 MVP Academy In our morning shooting workouts, we try to add as much 🧱 as possible as we do a lot of cognitive and balance drills. With this session, we tried to incorporate multiple nuances, such as BALANCE, VOLUME, GAME LIKE REPS and DIFFERENTIAL TRAINING.✍️ Loads: 1️⃣ from and unbalanced position to a 1-foot shot 2️⃣ 1st shot = 1-foot , 2nd shot = 2-feet jumpshot 3️⃣ starting from an unbalanced position and adjust in mid-air Every rep in from a new position and with different movement patterns , creating REPS without REPS 🧠💎

Axwell Finisher 🔋🏀 . Great drill to end a session. Doing 6 straight efforts between finishing through contact and shooting ⚠️ . Working on finishing with different angles and always with contact (can't do the same finish 2x) and shooting tired 🔌 .
