Trained by Jamie Osborne Racing, this beloved horse has been cherished throughout his racing career by Jimmy McCarthy, who rode him every day while in training.

Jimmy and his wife Lottie have rehomed TOAST OF NEW YORK this Spring and are sharing this beautiful picture of TOAST on one of his first showing classes.

A little pic from Lambourn Open Day today of the mighty Toast taking the parade in his stride..hope to be able to confirm the latest on his future plans shortly!!!

Great to see the mighty 'Toast' taking his place in the 'Parade Of Equine Heroes' at tomorrow's Open Day in Lambourn!!

I visited Jamies last week and Toast is well and his aim is the Winter Derby at Lingfield on February 23rd!!

Just like to wish all my compatriot 'Toast' followers Seasons Greetings for the Festive period ahead..eat, drink and be merry..and fingers crossed Toast will return to the track at Lingfield on 7th January!!!🎅🎅🎅

Toast has been entered to run in a 1m2f Class 2 Conditions race at Lingfield next Wednesday 5th December..this is tge race he won last year on his comeback after a lengthy absence..declarations are Monday 10am when final field will be known!!

Good luck to my old buddy Toast tonight at a soggy sloppy Churchill Downs(which is not ideal)..to the maestro Jamie Osborne who has nursed him back to be able to compete in a race like this, to Jim Mccarthy who has been with Toast every step of the way like a father to a child, the owners Al Shaqab Racing, jockey Julian Leparoux and indeed all back at The Old Malthouse!!
