**AIR BUBBLES & HAIRLINE CRACKS**

1) Air bubbles is a natural occurence in the larger clear cube makeup organizers. They are caused by the glue. Each individual unit is hand made. We try our best to minimise air bubbling and re-do some units. But unless it is cracked or damaged, it is still useable. It is a matter of preference. GLUE BUBBLES IS NOT A DEFECT.

2) Smaller organizers which are made out of moulding/molding may or may not have slight scratches which is beyond our control. They are made for the US market which sets a very high standard so if it passes quality control, we shall sell them.**

**Postal Delivery on Mondays & Wednesdays**

**DISCLAIMER**

1) Great care and attention have been made to inspect all goods before packing.
2) All goods are personally packed and inspected several times by me for final approval before packing.
3) All goods are packed as securely as possible to avoid any damage to the goods. We shall not be held responsible for any damages of the goods while in transit. If the goods arrive damaged , please inform me within 24 hours and email me photos as proof. You will then be required to return the damaged goods to us. We will pay the shipping/courier cost for you to return it to us. After we have submitted an official complaint with the relevant courier company, we will send you a new unit free of charge. However you will still need to pay for shipping/courier fees for the new one based on your earlier order & quotation. We will not be held responsible for any delay caused by the courier.

No further warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. We are not responsible for consequential damage arising from the customer's selection and use of products supplied by Makeup Organizer. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. DO NOT USE: Window cleaning sprays, kitchen scouring compounds or solvents such as acetone, gasoline, benzene, alcohol, carbon tetrachloride, or lacquer thinner.These can scratch the sheet’s surface and/or weaken the sheet causing small surface cracks called “crazing.” Do not apply any solvents (i.e. rubbing alcohol to your clear cube) as it can lead to cracking)
