CAN YOU HOLD SPACE FOR ME?

Holding space” means being physically, mentally, and emotionally present for someone. It means putting your focus on someone to support them as they feel their feelings. An important aspect of holding space is managing judgment while you are present.

Sis....When you are in a relationship with some one who has immature love, they are not capable of holding space for you because their love is transactional. They can only love you if you do something for them. The moment you require more of them emotionally, physically or mentally, you become a liability that they want to get rid off. They will leave you for someone else who does not requires them to mature. They leave you claiming you are too complicated or demanding.

When you see an individual move from woman to woman....its just means they are stuck in the immature cycle and they don't know how get out of hampster wheel. Sis...you can NEVER heal a man in this cycle by giving them more of you. They will never appreciate you so spend your energy healing you.

Unfortunately our own unhealed wounds are what attracted us to these individuals who are only capable of immature love in the first place. So taking time to heal your emotional wounds is the first step if you want attract an emotionally whole partner. You attract who you are so heal you so you can attract someone who is worthy of you.

***But how do I overcome my fear?***

I can't tell you how many times I have had this question since I started coaching. I have come to discover that most people are not stagnant because they lack talent, they are stagnant because they are paralyzed by fear.

"Fear is a hurdle we must scale in our journey to true enlightenment." Unknown.

A lot of people have big dreams and even know what to do to implement the plan but they are often stopped by fear. They are constantly second-guessing themselves and end up talking themselves out of taking a step forward toward that which is unfamiliar. If that sounds like you, give me a thumbs up because you are not alone. The people who knew me five years ago can tell you firsthand how I used to be afraid of anything that would force me to have to speak in front of people. I was afraid of taking risks because I was terrified of change and always wanted to be in the background. What I have discovered in my journey is that the very thing you are very afraid of doing is the very thing that you are called to conquer and excel in.
