1ST CBL REVISION COMMITTEE MEETING
After twelve (12) years since the adoption of the 2012 CSGF Constitution and Bylaws, the 2023-2024 CSGF Administration initiated a revision process for these governing documents. This revision effort aimed to solicit proposed amendments and changes. To oversee this task, the CSGF formed the CBL Revision Committee, which consists of the CSGF Vice President serving as the Chairperson and eight Board Members acting as Committee Members, with four representatives from each campus.
The 1st CBL Revision Committee began on March 14 at 8:00 PM. The primary focus of this initial meeting was to allocate specific articles of the Constitution and Bylaws for review and to solicit proposed revisions from the committee members.

Comm. Marita R. Canapi, Chairperson of the CSU Board of Regents, presided over Regent Felias’ Oath of Office at CHED Central Office, Quezon City during the University’s 83rd CSU BOR Meeting.
3RD REGULAR SESSION
The CSU Central Student Government Federation (CSGF) convened its 3rd Regular Session earlier today at 3:00 PM at the Board Room, HERO Learning Commons, CSU Main Campus. The session was also attend by the USG Advisers of both campuses.
The agenda for the session included significant items such as the oath-taking ceremony for new board members, updates on the academic calendar, discussions regarding the design of the CSGF uniform, and updates on the revisions to the Constitution and Bylaws (CBL). Additionally, the session addressed plans for the PAPSAS Interactive Youth Forum 2024, preparations for the upcoming Election 2024, and arrangements for Kumbira 2024, among other agenda points.
Throughout the session, members also engaged in discussions regarding a Consultative Meeting, and concerns to be addressed by the Board of Regents. Furthermore, deliberations focused on the Graduating Council, standardization of student activities, and the current situation of campus facilities. The session exemplified the dedication of the CSGF to address pertinent issues and enhance the student experience at both campuses.
The Federation would like to congratulate the five (5) newly-appointed Board Members effective during the CSGF 3rd Regular Session (March 1, 2024) at CSU Main Campus.
The 83rd Board of Regents Meeting of Caraga State University is set to take place on March 7 10:00 AM at the CHED Central Office, Quezon City.
This meeting will also include the oath taking of the new Central Student Government Federation (CSGF) President to officially sit as one of the Members of the Board of Regents representing the Students.
The Student Regent (SR) is the sole representative of over 14,000 students of Caraga State University from its two (2) campuses. The SR is the primary voice to the Board of Regents (BOR), the highest governing body of the University as per Republic Act No. 9854.

The CSU Central Student Government Federation, in collaboration with the CSU Main University Student Government and CSUCC University Student Government, is presently administering a survey regarding both the Unified School and PE Uniforms.

2ND REGULAR SESSION
The CSGF held its second Regular Session via Google Meet, presided by the CSGF President Dhan Jharyd B. Felias.
During the session, a special oath-taking ceremony welcomed the new Board Member, Juniel Rey B. Gigaquit. Additionally, the unification of the Graduation Toga for both campuses was approved. Important discussions aimed at enhancing governance across both campuses were also conducted by the federation. Moreover, the CBL revision committee appointed a new Chairperson, with the CSGF Vice President, Elimelech A. Mendoza V, elected to the position.
