Five glorious days in the sunshine in the beautiful fishing village of Cascais on the Lisbon coastline in Portugal. Spending time with my lovely sister and tasting all of the local delicacies. Exercise mat, secluded stunning beach and myself! Note to self - make 2014 the year to do more of this!
