Eating clean doesn't have to be boring. Ideally, this is what I eat in a day. When I take the time to prep, I stay on track and feel so much better. I went out to eat yesterday, and left feeling too full and bloated. Just plain uncomfortable. I never feel that way when I fuel my body right. Bottom line: Food shouldn't make you feel that way. Ever. A little bit of prep (or a lot, let's be real) goes a long way.

I haven't had coffee for the past two weeks. I usually drink it everyday--but I'm so excited to partner because I've replaced coffee with matcha lattes in the morning.
