Today did not go as smoothly as the other days...started by setting off the security alarm then half way through the muffin making ran out of SR flour so spent 30 minutes making more.

Not a good day in café today...

Chocolate cake just didnt want to play ball... top layer pretty much disintegrated.. looks ok after icing and Im sure it will still taste good, just will be like a jigsaw cake lol... have left it up to front counter staff as to whether they sell it as an "imperfect" cake or keep it for staff.
