I have heard everything from “Pageant girls are shallow and materialistic girls with no substance” to “ Should you be eating that or are you just going to throw it up later?” Ultimately, I became sick of these images society has created for a lifestyle choice that has made me the CONFIDENT, HEALTHY, AND EDUCATED woman I am today. I wanted to share the positive things competing in pageants has taught me with other women, no matter what their occupation or life goals.
