Guitarmageddon celebrates two decades of gathering the finest players from all
walks of the festival culture to throw down the guitar gauntlet. Benjamin Andrews of (Con Brio) has assembled an especially outstanding krewe for this special 20th Anniversary rave featuring co-founder Josh Clark (Tea Leaf Green), Dan “Lebo” Lebowitz (ALO), Eric McFadden (P-Funk, The Animals) the unstoppable Pamela Parker, Guitar Player magazine’s Jimmy Leslie and more.
 
Andrews and his krewe will tackle the timelessly catchy tunes of The Cars with all those perfectly pop-tastic guitar licks laid down by Rock and Roll Hall of Famer Elliot Easton, and blow them to shreds! We’re talking about “My Best Friend’s Girl,” “You’re All I’ve Got Tonight,” “Just What I Needed,” “Let’s Go,” and lots more.
 
Don’t miss this annual, highly anticipated extravaganza, a perennial festival highlight that closes out the Playshop room on Sunday. Everybody knows the 'Geddon is where we all gather together!

Enjoy the thumping bass from the front row of the mainstage while keeping your ears safe to enjoy music again another day. New this year, we will have Eargasm Kids Earmuffs, so the little ones can enjoy music up close while keeping their ears safe.

Paper schedules will not be available at the festival this year. However, the schedule is available on the official app and by convenient PDF download.

GRAZIN' IN THE GRASS WITH THE CALIFORNIA HONEYDROPS --

Honeydrops lead singer and frontman L**h Wierzynski says "one of the most important musical experiences of my life was taking a trip through South Africa with a high school jazz band when I was 16 years old."  Since then he's been hooked by the many alluring genres of South African music including Cape jazz, township jive and kwela.   Artists like Abdullah Ibrahim, The Mahotella Queens and Hugh Masakela have been staples on the Honeydrops bus since they started touring.  Don't miss The California Honeydrops, replete with a five piece horn section, as they pay tribute to the infectious grooves and soulful melodies of the sounds of South Africa.
