Convention Store update

Thank you to everyone who has supported Fur the 'More and other Mid-Atlantic Anthropomorphic Events, Inc charity events. We have a quick update about orders from our Convention Store.

If you just got an email about an order from 2022 or earlier having just shipped, you can disregard it. Those were for previous orders that have already been fulfilled, but were not marked out.

We apologize for the delay on 2023 orders!

We were attempting to wait for the Quoth Plushies to arrive from the manufacturer to send your orders all as one, but they are still in progress.

Updates:

Haori and Pins: We are shipping those out now seperately from the plushies, so watch for your shipment notification and the package to arrive.

Plushies: The plushies continue to be delayed in manufacturing. This was out first attempt at doing these and WOW have we learned a lot, the least of which is we have to plan for them at least a year in advance. The GOOD NEWS though, is that we have a pending shipping date. We are working with the manufacturer to see if they would be willing to do order fulfillment and express the ones people have already purchased. Worst case scenario, we should have them in hand here in about 45-60 days at the longest. Then our volunteers will work to get them out to you.

Plushie refunds: We get it, its been a lot longer than any of us have expected. We sincerely hope that everyone will be patient with us, we feel its worth it. We understand though that not everyone wants to. If you want your purchase refunded, please just send an email to [email protected] and we will make it happen. Please don't do chargebacks through your card as this hurts our financial credibility with banks and vendors and ultimately will make things more expensive for everyone in the long run.

We appreciate your patience and understanding and look forward to getting everything to you. Hope we will see everyone for Fur B Que and Fur the More 2024!
