I have a few request for Light and Sound therapy so im thinking it will make sense to try and put them on the same day, as i have already taken booking's for 11 /04/19 .I will message you directly to arrange a time that is convenient . Just a little write up on behalf of a lovely Client who would like to share part of her experience with a Light and Sound Therapy...
During the light and sound therapy my client had just began to get comfortable and settle into the therapy.
Before coming for the therapy she had been a little upset after a dream of one of her Parents who was in the spirit world..

As the Lady was accompanieng someone for a therapy i suggested she try a light and sound therapy (on the house as she is a friend)
During the Light and Sound she had one of the most amazing experiences , she was able to see her Mum and Her Dad during the whole experience and she was absolutly thrilled and left feeling so happy.. i wont go in to details as that is personal for her, but just to give people a idea of the benifits with Light and Sound Therapy.

Had the pleasure of doing such a beautiful Spiritual Healing today and Crystal web, Spirit moved real close and the love in the room was so moving and powerful it just enveloped myself and my beautiful client, the most beautiful lights dancing around her auric field and that of her soul colours was just striking, spirit stepped in and took over , im so grateful having a main control as a Dr who works both on platform and with the healing with me and has taught me so much over the years. (its ironic isnt it i have had a Dr with me now that i have been aware of the last 9 years lol and for the last 11 years i spent alot of time in and out of hospital and rotating many hospitals for various health conditions. i have done much learning and helping other people whilst ive been in hospital , and definatly feel at times ive been in there for more than one reason :) Its all a teaching experience and i would not change it although i would like all the Doctors to get this soul contract sorted once and for all hurry up already hehe.. )
Thinking about it ive been around hospitals all my life , as everytime my mum went in since i was about 8 i would go with her as she spent alot of years in and out with her Chrons i was always fascinated with hospitals.. it must of been the healing and preparation looking back now.

But in all seriousness i love working with spirit and the healing is something so close to my heart , helping others wether its through the spoken word, hands on treatment , through a smile or just by stopping and helping someone, if it uplifts their spirit then its breathing life back into them, and thats what makes me happy, and the reason i continue its my Children and my Cats /family / friends and Spirit that indeed keep me going .
Everyday is a blessing a new experience a new chance to start again, a chance to grow, but most importantly to be grateful that no matter what comes our way and no matter how difficult at times, like every storm passes out comes the rainbows and a new reknewed sun bringing with it a new self as we shed the the old self from moment to moment we are updating changing growing and evolving, thankyou to all my friends and fellow travellers for blessing my pathway .

Done a lovely Crystal facial massage earlier tonight , some healing and some essential oils for the hands legs feet.
Spirit drawn so close as i left them in a crystal web , i stepped back to observe , and spirit was still working on the physical and subtle bodies which was also felt .... so send someone off to sleep meanwhile im wide awake lol....

Weathers starting to get cold now, a little hinter for those who suffer with circulation problems, especially cold feet and cold hands, Red socks and red Gloves help, they will make a huge difference to your overall circulation, as the red colour stimulates energy and blood flow, please if you suffer from any blood abnormalities heamorages anythink blood related i would advise against over stimulating .. as this can raise the blood preasure, if you suffer with very high blood preasure using Blue can act as a anti stimilater and add a more calming influence on the blood flow...

Ofcourse this is from a qualified Colour Therapist point of view, and you must continue to be advised by your GP.
