Forse uno degli autoscatti più spettacolari di sempre, Reinhold Messner sulla vetta del Nanga Parbat (8125m) il 9 agosto 1978.
La foto è stata scattata alla seconda ascensione fatta da Messner dopo che in una prima avvenuta in inverno 8 anni addietro p***e la vita il fratello Gunther durante la discesa (tra l'altro quella dei fratelli fu la prima ascensione sul versante Rupal, inoltre i 2 aprirono una nuova via durante la discesa).
Tuttavia i successi di Reinhold non finiscono qui:
A 23 anni scalò in "free-solo" in 7 ore Le Droites che normalmente era scalato in progressione artificiale in più giorni.
Negli anni successivi Messner fu il primo a scalare tutti e 14 gli ottomila e il primo a scalare l'Everest senza ossigeno aprendo così nuovi orizzonti all'alpinismo; come se non bastasse fece tutto questo in "stile alpino": senza corde fisse o campi pre-costruiti, scalando, quasi sempre, in solitaria.
Traversò l'Antardide, la Groenlandia e il deserto del Gobi senza mezzi a motore.
È insomma il più grande alpinista del secolo scorso e probabilmente il migliore mai esistito.

Rice salad with raw carrots, zucchini from our neighbors's garden, pomegranate seeds and almond salty grains, if you like a fat touch, yogurt or, in my case, some vegan mayo (dirty good) 😀

Red lentils burger with paprika, cappers, smokey and spice ananas slices...
gotta love it!!!
Burger:
-1 cup red lentils (boiled)
-1/2 cup oat (grind to flour)
-half tablespoon of yeast flakes
-1 tablespoon soya sauce
-salt, pepper, smokey paprika and garlic powder
The peppers are thin sliced , with a spoon veg mayo, one spoon mustard, cappers (salted, washed, and cut)
We made it dirty with some crispy onios..
The ananas is just sliced and roasted on the pan, with chilly flakes and smoked paprika.

It’s easier then i thought to reply that special combination of crispness outside and softness inside of a madeleine with vegan ingredients, but accidentally works just fine:
-1 banana mashed
-1/3 cup of sugar
-3 tablespoons of almond cream
-1teaspoon of flax seeds in 10 spoons of water
-2/3 of a cup of ap flour
-1/3 of a cup of geund pistachi
-chocolate chips
Bake in oven at 200C for 10 min ♥️

Backing Sunday♥️
-150 g latte
-120 g sunflower seeds oil
-80g mascobadp sugar
-2 teaspoons of backing powder
-1 lemon zest
-one pinch of vanilla powder
We made some dough with some charcoal powder and some with pumpkin spices.. yum!
Bake 15 min 170 degrees

I absolutely love (and my little one too) the simple combination of different beans, with a rich soffritto, but not so much oil to get it frying, just a sparkle to heat the process of cooking. I always use a bit of white wine to steam everything for few seconds with a leaf of laurel and a sprinkle of cinnamon and muskat nut.
Slow cooking, adding water, at the first to cover it all, then fill up cup by cup until the beans are cooked and your density satisfied :)
A sprinkle of chilly will give the right hit!
Serve with one spoon of evo oil and a leaf or two of rosemary ♥️
Flourless Banana loaf
All you need:
-2 ripe bananas, smashed
-3 spoons of soya/coconut yogurt, to be added to the smashed bananas
-2 spoons of almond milk
-1 cup of almond flour
-1/3 cup coconut flour
-1/2 spoon of baking powder
-a pinch of salt
No sugar added but if you like, you obviously can. Like I did on the decorating process 😀
My daughter chosen some dark chocolate and dried cranberries for a spin of taste, she is 1,7 tho 😊 but those are her favorite sweet things.
From this base you can add what you like, also cashews are really nice with it!
Cook in fan oven for 30 min 165 degrees ♥️
Cacao, oat, almond and chia crackers! Mixed with a few spoons of almond milk.. flatten between 2 baking sheets for 10 minutes 170 degrees.. violà!
Delicious!! No sugar, no flour! 💪🏾♥️

No flour!
-oatmeal ground as flour
-sesam seeds
-ground carrot
-ground spring onion
-some chia seeds
-spices that you like, if you like!
Let the dough rest half h in the fridge, then flatten it between two sheets of baking paper. Then in the oven at 160 degrees for 15/20 min circa!
I made the cuts before the cooking process with a pizza slicer 😀
Teething is not over!! Here I made a combination of mango and blueberries, both with rice milk base, or natural coconut yogurt. Just a sprinkle of cinnamon for the pain ♥️🌈

Aaaand we are back baking here in Berlin, after some hot days in Beautiful Italy we must warm our hearts up here! :)
All you need is :
-2 spoons of flax seeds rested in water for 5 min
-1spoon of coconut oil
-1spoon of lotus biscuits cream 😛
-1/2 cup of mascobado sugar
-1 cup of oat flour
-1/2 cup of coconut flour
-1/2 table spoon of baking powder
-chocolate chips as your heart suggest ♥️😊
Rest in the fridge for half h and then scoop them in a oven pan for 10-12 min

Very simple but really tasty!!!
Is already on my favorites folder hehehe
I used:
-soya barista creamy milk (i drink a lot of it, so my base is 500ml)
-one banana
-1 table spoon of matcha 💚
-1 tablespoon of vanilla collagen (gotta help those mama’s things tho hehe), if you don’t use it, just add some vanilla extract, to give the sweet kick!
-1 teaspoon of maca powder
