The story of Alligator / A história da Alligator
Founded in 2013 by the Brazilian brewer Ruiz Astigarraga, this 20L home brewery has moved around the world gathering great collaborators and fans along the way! We have brewed more than 20 batches with different styles and recipes, using a variety of hops, yeasts and malts available in Singapore.
Brewery locations: Siena, Italy (2013) / Cary-North Carolina, USA (2014) / Jaboatão dos Guararapes-Pernambuco, Brazil (2015) / Choa Chu Kang, Singapore (current location since 2015). Previously known as Pernambuco Beer Plant (PBP) and Astigarraga Homebrewery.
With such small production capacity (20L/batch), our beers are only made for personal appreciation and sharing among friends. We are not a commercial business, our beers are not for sale.
