Construction on the building keeps our kitchen closed this week. It is 90 degrees in our kitchen and it is unsafe for staff and our equipment for us to be open.

The Grind closed last year in June. After 19 years as an independently run business, The Grind closed based on a business environment that did not allow it continuing with a focus on healthful, organic, GF and vegan food. That focus has now moved to LOKAL Café located at 445 Prince George Street. We have the same locally sourced, fair-trade and organic preferred emphasis with continuing commitment to reducing our impact on the environment.
