John's Meals is a backpack feeding program serving the Upper Adams School District, supported by congregations, businesses, and individuals.

We are excited to announce we are one of over 100 Adams County
nonprofit organizations to be accepted into the 2024 Giving Spree! We
hope you will support us with a Giving Spree gift to help us provide
weekend meals and snacks for Upper Adams students living with food
insecurity.

John's Meals will have a table at the Adams County Farmers Market at the Gettysburg Rec Park on Saturday, Sept 23 from 8-1 to help promote some of the feeding organizations in Adams County who are participating in the Giving Spree. This is in conjunction with Hunger Action Month. Please come by to learn more about John's Meals!

We are honored that John's Meals has been selected to be among the 100 nonprofit organizations at the 2003 Adams County Giving Spree on November 9. Watch for donor forms coming out in a few weeks and plan to stop by to support us at the Gettysburg Area Middle School from 3-7 pm.

You can help us reach our goal of $20,000 for current and future
needs by mailing your gift, dropping it off at the Gettysburg Times parking lot from 1 pm to 5 pm on Thursday, November 3rd or by donating online at ACCFGivingSpree.org all day November 3rd. Donation forms will be available in late September.

John’s Meals will be participating in the Adams County Community Foundation’s 2021 Giving Spree on November 5! Help us reach our goal of $15,000 for feeding children in need throughout our community by giving through the mail, online, or at the drive-through location at the Gettysburg Times building from 1pm to 5pm on Friday, November 5. Watch for the donor forms coming out soon and visit ACCFGivingSpree.org for more details or to join a Donor Q&A Zoom session on the first and third Thursdays of each month at 10am.
