Organising ideas while planning a piece of writing using Post-it notes.
Each Post-it will become a paragraph of its own. We rearranged the order of the sticky notes until we were happy with the paragraph transitions.

A spot of kitchen science...discovering how baking powder creates a chemical reaction in pancake mix as the acid and base become activated in liquid, creating CO2.
We watched as the gas bubbles expanded with the heat of the pan.
We compared it to our batter with no baking powder and of course, repeated this several times to check our outcomes were the same.
Then we got to eat them!
