Made strawberry rhubarb crisp tonight in the AF. Used the PC mini cast iron skillet. Bake setting at 350 for 30 min. Covered with a bit of foil for last five min to prevent it getting too brown. I used a 50/50 mix of strawberries quartered and sliced rhubarb. Sweat them in white sugar. Then added a touch of vanilla and cornstarch. Added a crumbled mixture of butter, quick oats, brown sugar, dash of cinnamon and flour.
