I have a story to share 👇🏼
Last night I was really tired and feeling lazy. I knew that I didn’t have any morning wellness shots in the fridge and with it being Monday tomorrow I knew I wanted to wake up and just take the shot instead of make it in the morning.
Might seem silly, but stay with me.
I thought to myself - set future Katie up for success. So, I got up out of bed and and made the wellness shots, even if I was tired and lazy.
And let.me.tell.you…
I am so grateful for that version of me got up and made it. It made my morning that much better because I was able to take the shot and go for a walk.
What am I getting at?
I was setting myself up to be a better version of myself.

When the world shut down, I went to teaching online yoga. I taught weekly drop-in classes as well as online yoga series. I find the yoga series to be beneficial because you know you’re committing to a weekly yoga practice for 4 weeks.

If you can’t make the live classes you get access to the recording to fit into your weekly schedule as you see fit.
You don’t have to have your camera on if you don’t feel comfortable.
