FREE WEDNESDAY SYNOPSIS AUGUST 21st 2024.

When the scene opened up to me, I was shocked!

It was quite a different scene than usual. The Healing Beach was deserted!
I didn’t see a soul there! Not even the Caretakers, Leo & Halina, my parents; nor a pet in sight!

As soon as I got a hold of my surprise, I was instantly infused with, ‘Go to the Ano-Hou(answer to a prayer) Mystic Fire Flame Healing Sanctuary,’ which is the main, healing building. In a blink, I was there.

Wow…what a completely different scene it was!

If anyone has read the synopsis I posted a few weeks ago, where I described what the actual building part of the Healing Sanctuary looks like, you’ll know how vast it is. For those that do not know, let me do my best to describe the main gathering room, to you.

I entered the Great Hall, which is the huge and magnificent gathering room for the Sanctuary. It is filled with angels of every size and colour. There is seating, which is extremely comfortable, yet vast, like an Olympic Stadium. The air feels extra-oxygenated, and the temperature is individually regulated, cooler for me, warmer if you prefer, for you. Everyone, being extremely comfortable.

It has a large ‘stage’ (if you will) where the many colours of the Great Eternal Flames the Masters left us, rise up, blessing us all with their warmth and healing. As well, it is the focal point for whatever joyful experiences we are there to receive.

As I looked out to its great expanse, (I’m always in awe when in this place) I allowed the experience to unfold.

The place was PACKED! More souls together, than I’ve ever seen before!

How did we all fit in here? As explained to me, we all vibrate at a different frequency, yes? So, during this extraordinary session, we had those of us from earth, and those souls from many other planets, some vibrating at 5th, 7th 9th and even 12th dimensional frequency! So even though there were what looked like a million souls to me, we all fit right there in that huge, gathering room, because whichever ‘frequency’ you are on, was the frequency that you saw and with whom you experienced.

I was privy to ALL dimensions there, because I am the Witness and Record Keeper, and the Ano-Hou(answer to a prayer) Healing Sanctuary, was created and has been entrusted to me, to Witness and Record.

There were multi-coloured angels that were flying above and through the crowd making the Healing figure 8’s, that fell upon us, like an outpouring of twinkling stars. Every time they passed over us, we felt stronger.

Hovering above the ‘stage’ was a giant and I mean, giant Full Moon, and on the stage below it, were the most incredible Enlightened Beings of various size.

Standing apart and brought to my attention; new to our Healing Sanctuary, were these six, magnificent, Enlightened Beings. They were impressively tall,(15ft?) brilliantly glowing in long, flowing, white ethereal robes. These, I was informed, were ‘Andromedans’ and wow, I was just mesmerized looking at these extraordinary Beings! These Andromedans, were bringing their 12th dimensional, highly advanced healing methods to our Sanctuary to ease, all the souls gathered here, and for healing.

What I found interesting tonight, (because I use a proxy for these Group Sessions)was they had put a ‘Proxy’ on a Healing Table on the stage, close to the Mystic Fire Flames. They wanted to show everyone, how each is served by Proxy. Showing all, that while they are micro-focused, their focus is so vast…They were working on so many levels, upon ALL dis-ease and pain, illness, worries, of all here.
I was shown, in lightning, fast-motion, yet it was so clear, how the proxy becomes each and every one of us. I could see, what they were doing, for those who requested a specific area of the body (or mind) for help, how this proxy became _that_ person! It was incredibly fascinating to watch as the proxy became ‘so & so’ and then ‘so & so’ and so on & so on, until all upon my list were ‘seen’…

Telepathically, I was infused with exact information from them, as they worked on each patient until they were ‘cleared.’ (which I promptly forgot) They also gave me this information to pass along: (which I was allowed to remember! Lol)

“You must do your part in the physical!~

Eat well!(as clean & pure as you can)
Avoid Toxins! (as best you can)
Drink good, clean water.
Before you drink , BLESS IT. Speak or write words of blessing on the glass, ‘Heal,’ ‘Happy,’ ‘Healthy,’ ‘Vibrant,’ ‘Focused,’ ‘Clear,’ ‘Peaceful,’ Command any feeling you wish to possess. Then, before your first sip,

Mindfully say, ‘I AM--------’ (adding the attribute) to enter your body as you drink your blessed water.

Choose a better feeling thought, if you feel your vibration begins to lag. What you are feeling, is so important!
Avoid Stress!(Do not engage!) Bless & move on.
Keep your vibration high, knowing, everything always works out for you.
Communicate with your Spirit Helpers! Actively, engage their Help! (Angels, Spirit Guides, EB’s, Ancestors)
They are all whispering in your ear and guiding you for your Highest Good.
LISTEN! Get quiet & listen! Yes! It is your Celestial Companion/Guardian communicating with you and you can hear them!

Then, they delivered to us, a gift to take home. A Quick Process:

Give yourself permission to take a few moments for yourself.

Breathe consciously. Slowly and deeply.
Do your part, and allow any tension to dissolve, so you may meet your Celestial Companion/s halfway.
Yes. You are all conduits for the energies. You may also utilize your crystals, or bring in candles, holy water _whatever_ symbol/s you choose to help you connect with the energy frequency you desire.

Then ASK and receive your answers so you may move forward in your healing.

After receiving the meditation tip, I was refocused to the great hall and the giant ‘moon’ hovering above the crowd.

~As a group, we were directed to, lifted up, then stepped inside the ‘moon.’ We were all in the same space and all fit, perfectly. Again, I was told, because of the different frequencies we were on.

Once we were all comfortably inside, it started spinning and spinning into a higher vibration. There was no sensation of the spinning. Just a sensation of floating and feeling Lighter, more joyful, and yes, even giddy, as our vibration was raised and the icky bits were released. All we had to do was sit there, have faith and allow.

In the spin of the moon, we were releasing and it felt soooo good! We were releasing illness, pain, sadness, grief, worry, fears, spinning it all away…It all began to fly off from us, and transmute to Light, all these dark, icky bits and we became lighter and lighter and brighter and brighter!

Joy increased and all in the cocoon of this moon, felt AMAZING!
I can even feel it right now, as I type this.

As the healing was in progress, the High Priests and Priestess’s of Andromeda reminded us, we still must do our part.

“Nothing will be released until you have learned the lesson of the condition.

ALL conditions without fail~ are agreed upon by your Higher Self (though unconscious of course, to your ego-self) for a lesson or lessons, that you specifically, came to earth in human form, to experience.

Yes. ALL has been agreed to, by you.

But we were never meant to suffer. Only to experience, learn and grow.”

So, ask! Ask in meditation, or simply, in a quiet moment. Ask your Higher Self or ask your Guardian Angel to help you consciously receive/know, the reason/s WHY this is happening to you.

If the answer is for your Highest Good to know at this time, you will receive your answers! If you are not ready or have not as yet learned the ‘lesson’ of the current dis-ease/situation, then it will continue until you understand why you are experiencing specific conditions and what the lesson is.

Once revealed, then, you will drop the negative manifestation(while keeping the teaching) as quickly as slipping a key into a locked door and allowing it to open wide.

Believe your Higher Self can deliver this information to you. Then repeat this exercise(meditation) until you are clear.

Here is the meditation:

Close your eyes. Breathe deeply and rhythmically. Do this, until you feel relaxed.
This is where you enter soft focus, liquid mind and the place where answers flow into your consciousness.

You will know when you have reached the proper state for healing. It is the moment, your body breathes you, in a deep sigh. (Long, deep exhale)

This generally happens very quickly, once you close your eyes, consciously slow your breath and engage in breathing deeply.

Once you are in the mental place of asking, Ask your Angel, ‘Why?’ What is this condition trying to teach me?” Then continue your gentle deep breathing in and out, wait for the answer to pop in. It will!

After this meditation was given, the scene faded. And so it was.

During last night's FREE WEDNESDAY Healing session, I arrived at our Healing Beach...and to my shock, it was EMPTY! Stay tuned to hear what happened next...

THIS was the fabulous cake that I had ordered for our Halloween Event last year! We were celebrating Tom's & my 30th Wedding anniversary, Tom's 60th BD, Christoph's 45BD, 25 years at StormShadow Farm, and the opening of my new Studio! I had to *suck up* the cost of it, as the Biblical rains came and we had to cancel our event last year...Dang...it was spectacular...

Ano-Hou(answer to a prayer) FREE WEDNESDAY August 14th Session 2024 SYNOPSIS.

I really enjoyed last night’s (August 14th, 2024) FREE WEDNESDAY Session! Let me tell you what I experienced.

When I closed my eyes and placed my hands upon Proxy, the scene opened up to me.

I was aware that I had arrived at The Ano-Hou(answer to a prayer)Healing Beach, now referred to as simply, ‘The Beach.’ The whole gang was there.

I was greeted by my parents, Leo & Halina. (the Care-takers of the Healing Sanctuary) Along with them, were all my animals past and present, running amok, playing with each other and having a ball. My parents were smiling and laughing and were full of joy!

I also saw Dennis Puffett, and engaging with him, was my sweet, brown mackerel Torbie cat, ‘Flame’ (a long timer from our feral colony) who went missing on July 22nd, (which was the 5th anniversary of my Mom’s transition and also, the same date my dear friend C.C. passed into Spirit, just three weeks ago.) Flame, is now presumed permanently in Spirit. It was relieving to see her in such good hands as the Australian, Natural Born Healer, Beloved Dennis Puffett.

Despite my desire for answers, Flame did not communicate with me. She was very content being with Dennis. This is a good example of how, as I’ve mentioned in the past, I’ve no control over the messages I receive or the scenes I am made privy to. I am simply ‘given’ what I am given, to share.

My senses next fell upon a scene that at first surprised me, and I let out an unexpected chuckle. It was so heart-expanding, yet homey and cozy at the same time.

I was looking at a giant bonfire, right there on the beach! Everybody was there, seated and encircling the flames, I was half expecting to see you all toasting marshmallows! Lol…I moved in closer and took my place, and then the show began.

First, the coziness of the bonfire had us all relax into its healing warmth. Breathing deeply and rhythmically, relaxing completely, focused upon the flames doing their exotic dance. The colours were out of this world!

Then, the flames began to spit and spew out higher and higher as their colours began to change into a glorious, cobalt blue. The excitement was palpable, when all of a sudden, Archangel Michael appeared in the center of the firepit, amongst the flames!

Protector, Warrior against evil, representing courage, strength and divine justice. Magnificent and spectacular, he rose out from the flames, with his blue flaming sword raised in his right hand, symbols of truth and righteousness. Defender against darkness and negativity, his blue flame offering spiritual protection to all who call upon him.

He leapt from the flames, and in a flash, he was moving through the crowd, cutting away any darkness and negativity in our energy fields, enveloping us with his spiritual protection. It’s hard to describe the feeling, but it was one of utter safety and contentment. Though that doesn’t seem to do it justice.

Just as we were basking in the blue glow of Archangel Michael’s protective energy, the flames once again began to change colour. We focused once again upon the bonfire at the center of the circle.

Shooting flames of vibrant, emerald green burst upwards from the fire and that could only mean one thing…Archangel Raphael!

Up he emerged and we beheld as he bestowed upon us, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing of wounds new or long-held, surface or deep within us. As needed, he renewed our vitality with his unstoppable, Healing Energy Balm as he traversed amongst us, leaving no soul, untouched.

I looked around and saw each of us, man and beast, basking in the healing green aura. I saw utter surrender to JOY as we verily took in this great and compassionate healing from the Master, Archangel Raphael.

And so, the night went on, and healings abounded as more angels from our Creator visited bestowing upon us, their gifts.

Archangel Jophiel arrived upon the brilliant Yellow Ray of wisdom and illumination, bringing to us clarity, wisdom and enlightenment.

Ascended Master Saint Germain upon the 7th Ray and Violet Flame, bestowing upon us freedom and liberation from karmic debts, past life traumas and aiding us in personal and spiritual liberation.

El Moyra arrived upon the Hyacinth Blue Ray, bestowing courage and helping us align with our higher purpose, inner strength, resilience and transformation.

Paul the Venetian, Chohan of the Third Ray, arrived as a pink glow spread throughout, while he gifted us with the energies of Divine Love, compassion and creativity.

Quan Yin arrived upon the Pearlescent White Ray, bringing in the qualities of purity, compassion, and loving kindness…

While all these magnificent Beings swirled their blessings about the campfire, my attention was taken from them, as I was being focused upon individuals receiving healings and messages.

I wrote down as many as I could so as not to forget, and these I will finish sending out, tomorrow.

Because life is like a box of chocolates, and isn't that what makes it so interesting? 🤩

Amazing session tonight! (August 14th 2024) I'm still not fully back...It's just such a delicious feeling _being there_ at the Ano-Hou(answer to a prayer) Healing Temple in the Etheric Realm, it's just so hard to leave it! lol... so I really stretch out the feeeeeeeellllingggg of it.

The Angel of Purpose

Are you struggling with your purpose here on earth? Are you baffled, worried, or scared that you're not useful to others or even yourself? Are you questioning yourself and the heavens with the panoptic, 'Why am I here?' Or even, if there is a purpose for you to be here? Do you feel numb that too much time has passed by and you haven't accomplished, the great 'it' yet?

I believe that most humans question themselves at some point or another, as to whether they are living a life with purpose. It appears intrinsic for us to do so. However, it has become quite popular in recent times, for far too many to worry and waste vast amounts of time trying to decipher what exactly is, their great 'it.' What is your 'life's purpose?' When in truth, living life with purpose is, 'it.' There is no need to separate the two!

Of all the world's great population, there are comparatively few who find universal fame and fortune. Not all will experience fifteen minutes of fame on a Reality Television Show. Would you believe then, that all other lives have no purpose? Of course not! Because in living your life with purpose, you will most certainly find yourself doing that which is, your life's purpose. Sound confusing?

Let's call in The Angel of Purpose and let her explain:

“Dear Ones, when you feel lost and without purpose, call upon me The Angel of Purpose, to remind you of Who You Are. Because all souls come from Creator, ALL souls are One, and have the same life's purpose. You came to experience, learn and grow! Once complete, all souls return to Creator! When you choose to come to earth, you take upon yourself a solid, human body. You begin at the experience of adjusting to a physical body, and the many miracles it contains as your consciousness learns how to use it, and learns the ways of life upon earth.

Every moment of your life, you are learning and growing in many ways, even when you make what you will call, 'mistakes.' In truth there are no mistakes, only the experience of learning; which you do especially well, during such times.

Souls also have within them, a blueprint to help other souls in whatever way they can. Therefore, as you grow in body and mind, and learn what it means to be human, you have within you a driving force to do and be better.

Eventually you will learn that life will become better and feel more enjoyable when you embrace and help others. When you remember that loved ones and strangers alike, are family and community, indeed all the peoples of earth, are ONE, you will understand that when you help ONE, you are helping ALL. There is great satisfaction and peace of mind in that. For some, this revelation comes quicker than with others.

Therefore I say to you, do not worry and fret, nor get stuck in a rut of fear! For you cannot fail, if you live your life with purpose.
Do What You Love, for this is the quickest route to fulfillment. The great joy you exude when your days are happily hands and heart-filled, spreads like a great balm upon the earth and uplifts her. There is nothing in Creator's eyes, more 'on purpose' than this.”

REMEMBER LEMURIA!

Deep in the recesses of our minds, lie the subconscious memories of a beautiful, serene, and tropical paradise, known as Lemuria.

There were two great phases in Lemuria's history. The first, was a time when we, the Lemurians, were still manifesting our Being, as 'Light-forms,' rather than a physical body. This was before the earth shifted into duality. Then, we came again.


We entered into the Earth-Plane through the Arcturian Stargate on the pristine mountain top of Rapa Nui. (Easter Island) We came from Sirius, Alpha Centauri, and other far-away Star places. We came, for this glorious Earth experiment! For many of us, it was our first taste of Earth-living.


In our Light-forms, we could experience that which we pleased, for as long or short as we wanted. We would simply shape-shift between all aspects of life on earth. We could experience life as a tree, or a plant. We could run as Cheetahs, fly as Condors, swim and sing as the Great Whales. We even experienced life in the mineral kingdom, as Crystal-beings, and as benevolent fire-dragons of the earth’s kundalini ley-lines.


It then came the time, we entered the physical, within duality. It was not a 'fall from grace'. But rather, an offered choice! With ebullient joy and honour, we accepted! It was challenging, yes, but also a great and noble path. Here, we could experience the physical, human body as well as, the emotions that went with, life on earth. We were the envy of the Galaxies…


There was so much to learn and experience back then. There is still so much to learn and experience!

Many years ago, I travelled to the sacred site of Mt. Shasta, California. There, upon the mountain, I was gifted with a visit from two Ascended Master's; High Priest Adama of Telos, the subterranean city beneath the mountain and Saint Germain of the Violet Flame.

The experiences of that day, (and subsequent visits) have left me very indelibly connected with them, Telos, and the Crystal City that vibrates around the mountain in the 5th dimension. Here, etheric temples of unfathomable beauty exist, just waiting for us to request a visit.

FREE WEDNESDAY Session August 7th 2024:

As I laid my hands upon Proxy, with my and all of your intentions for last night’s session, the scene opened up to me.

We were at the Ano-Hou(answer to a prayer) Healing Beach which is a beautiful beach! Though not tropical, it is a Canadian-style beach, and I will do my best to find a photo that best looks like it to share with you at some point. But this session, was a wonderful day at the Healing Beach!

I saw so many of you arriving and greeting and being greeted by Loved Ones in Spirit. For myself, I was greeted by the Caretakers of the Ano-Hou (answer to a prayer) Healing Beach, Halina & Leo, looking radiant as always and surrounded by my pets, not only from this incarnation, but also, those I recognize from past incarnations too. What was different this time, is that with them, was my Polish Grandmother standing at their side. I was over-joyed to see her, as my Gramma passed in 1988, and I haven’t had any (spirit) contact with her in about 20 years, so I felt very blessed to see and connect with her!

At my feet, dancing excitedly, was one of our participant’s precious little dog, Stella, who had a message for her person. Stella came in so very loud and clear because her person went into tonight’s session with a very, very clear and profound desire to connect with her. She also provided me with a photo. I can tell you, this helps a lot to identify who is there and for whom, is the proceeding message.

In a few of the past FREE SESSIONS, (2020) where I had many multiple hundreds of attendees, (we currently have 174 participants) I had several very sad/frustrated connections where there was a dog/cat with a beautiful message to give, and I couldn’t identify their person to deliver it… Heart-breaking! ☹ Just something to keep in mind, if you are hoping to receive private messages from me, and I don’t know your face, or whomever it is you wish to communicate with. ❤

I saw so many wonderful and joyous scenes of connection tonight! I looked out onto the beach and there were those who were tearfully hugging, and those joyfully playing with pets no longer in the physical. I saw healings of pets happening, including one session, with one of my own and so I was indeed focused on what was happening with him.

I will share my own experience and that was with Chauncy. Chauncy is my 200pd+ Harlequin Great Dane. He currently has some lumps on his hip, we are working to help them recede.

At the Beach, I watched as two Pleiadeans’ did akin to a psychic surgery on him. They inserted something into the lumps and began expertly plucking away under the skin, removing what looked like ‘meatballs’ from under his skin. It was fascinating to watch (even though I’m not one to ‘watch’ stuff like that, it was quite painless and gore-less and Chauncy seemed to be enjoying the procedure.

Today, back in the physical, I can tell you that his lumps are not gone. However, I’ll be darned if they aren’t a bit smaller! Chauncy, has been sleeping like a baby, and with two girls in heat right now, that is nothing short of a miracle! lol So, I appreciate any/all celestial work on my Loved Ones! ❤

As I mentioned, there was a lot of private messages as after my own experiences, I was able to be privy to several more. I’m in the process of sending those out today as well.

As for the group, as a whole, and with mindful regard to all private intentions sent to me for this session, we worked on a full body, pain-removal frequency. We worked to relieve inflammation, and muscle and joint pain with a 452hz, 528hz, and 741hz frequencies to remove negative energy.

I did the Scalar Wave Laser programs of Unwind, Quantum, Relieve, Rejuv, Soothe and Unity. I can elaborate more about those programs, if you wish.

I ended the session with a couple of minutes on ‘Rejuv’ after 50 minutes, giving everyone the joules of ‘Facelift’ 😊
