I am a heart attack survivor. I have decided to approach my diet with only healthy food.
Helpful advice. Avoid processed foods. If you must eat processed food. If the 1st 2nd or 3rd item on the ingredients is sugar. Do not eat. By the way, this eliminates over 90% of processed foods.
It is the processed food and any added sugar that is the poisen everyone needs to avoid. Yes, a little added sugar is bad! We can debate low carb and high carb diets. There is science on both sides.
