I have 12 things to for us to do this April as a way of helping ourselves and others. Ultimately when we help others we are also helping ourselves as it releases all the feel-good hormones.

I listened to a podcast recently where it mentioned that shops have lots of self-help books but no sections about helping others! The speaker claimed that to have self-care we must care for others too. That way many more people benefit, including ourselves!!

So why not take a screenshot of the ideas here and save it in your phone.

⭐️see how making a list of all you have to be grateful for elevates your mood.
⭐️giving clothes to charity declutters your mind (and your wardrobe!).
⭐️Walking in nature gives you a moment to appreciate the small things in life and a chance for you to hear your thoughts!
⭐️Having a belly laugh helps you live in the moment and reminds you of the carefree fun you had as a child. ⭐️Writing a letter to your future self helps you set goals and become clearer about what way you want your life to be.

I remember getting ready for this event at the RDS. We put so much work into the exhibition stand with the help of and I had Angela from by my side for the weekend with her lovely candles!
It’s amazing to have strong women by your side. It is so important to support each other and raising each other up!
When we do, everyone benefits.⭐️
With hard work, a clear vision and great people in your corner, it’s amazing what can be achieved.

My name is Liz and I’ve always known from a young age that I had a spiritual connection.

I’ve been a Reiki Master for 10 years now and have also trained in Rahanni, IET, Mediumship and most recently Shamanic healing. I love learning and using different healing modalities to support others.

I’ve 3 lovely kids, and a lovely hubby. I’m also a Post Primary teacher. I am very lucky to be able to say I love my job and working with teenagers.

Had the please of having healing reflexology with the wonderful Gráinne yesterday. Gráinne’s healing session was intuitively guided using reflexology and reiki. Amazing!! If you are in Wexford, I would highly recommend a visit.
