You have a spacious master bedroom on the second floor with a king bed and private full bath. Two more bedrooms on the upper floor (1 queen and a playroom with 2 twins) have another bathroom. On main level, there is more room for another family in two additional bedrooms (1 queen and 2 twins) and bathroom.
Feel free to bring lots of provisions to stock up the stainless steel, French door refrigerator. The Google mini can help you with recipes, the forecast or just play your favorite tuners during your stay. A fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher await you. Full size washer and dryer in the laundry will complete your needs.
The wraparound deck has a perfect view of evergreens, aspens and blue spruce trees--ideal for morning coffee or evening sippies. If you are an early riser, you may be lucky enough to see an elk or two munching on the fruit trees in the front yard.
Cozy up in the living room next to the gas fireplace and watch a movie on the new 50” smart television with DirecTV. Even on the worst days, the free Wifi will keep your teens content as will the family-friendly DVDs in the playroom for the younger broods. Plenty of books and board games to enjoy when you and the kiddos aren’t looking for Munds Park Rocks or walking the pup around the ‘hood. Speaking of Fido, you have a fenced yard for well-behaved doggies when not on leash. (Please keep the barking to a minimum so our neighbors continue to love us!) Sorry, kitties and ferrets need to make other plans.
The attached 2-car garage with opener is available for your use, but please be mindful and check the size of large SUVs and trucks. There is plenty of additional parking for trucks & toys in the driveway and in the easement behind the home, too.
