The GSRC seeks current graduate students to help plan and coordinate Equity, Inclusion, and Diversity (EID) Graduate Student Welcome Day 2018. The event will take place on Thursday September 20th 2018.

Volunteer for EID Day and help welcome new UCLA Graduate students to LA! All volunteers will get lunch and a free t-shirt. Space is limited, so sign up today!

Grad Games UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles) is the largest UC campus in terms of enrollment, and one of the few public research universities located in a major city. UCLA Recreation is committed to providing high quality recreational experiences that benefit the campus community.

You can sign up for the 7th Annual Grad Game hosted by the School of Medicine now via the link in the flyer! It also helps with a great cause: the proceeds will go to the DGSOM Gold Humanism Award scholarship for 4th years and and be used as a fundraiser for the 1st year class.

Hey beaus! We have chartered limos with free bubbly for Thursday's Busby's event!

Free limo pickups to Busby's will leave at 7:45, 8:15, 8:45 and 9:15. Signups are limited to 23 people per limo.

There will be return rides from Busby’s at 9:30pm, 10:00pm and 10:30pm. Those rides are first come/first served and will leave promptly.

The 7:45 limo will first stop at the UCLA bus loop and then the bus stop on the top of the hill on Weyburn Ave. So, if you are travelling from campus please sign up for the 7:45 limo.

The 8:15, 8:45 and 9:15 limos will be ONLY stopping at the bus stop on Weyburn Ave.
