https://www.neuromira.com/

Day one: 1-4pm pacific time
Day two: 9-12p

In this workshop, we'll do a deep dive into how the brain gathers, integrates and learns MOVEMENT. Understanding the way the human brain processes inputs and stimuli will allow you to learn an invaluable communication tool with your central nervous system to avoid chronic pain and improve your performance.

We will also cover efficient training, pain and injury recovery, shifting your work from a biomechanical view to a neurological lens in order to better understand how our bodies function as a reflection of who we are and what we do.

Finally, you will learn tools to create your personal practice protocols that enhance your performance and training results. The aim of this workshop is to help you start on a journey to work smarter, not harder!

I hope you can make it!

We ALL have something important to offer. Derisive ideas aimed to dominate market share are based largely in fear. Neuroscience offers the ability to discover your own path, understanding your body’s signals, moving through stored traumas and the complexities of diverse body types and learning styles to emerge as your fabulous self. Choosing with confidence what suits YOU and politely declining the pressures, socially or self-inflicted that often lead us to pain, frustration or just a much longer path to mastery.

It will be part lecture and part movement and will teach you an invaluable communication tool with your central nervous system! In the special edition she will be offering a section designed for desktop athletes, those who spend most the time working in front of a screen, or at a desk!
