Bretts Wharf History: A ferry terminal on the northern bank of the Riverlife suburb of Hamilton of Visit Brisbane.

📍 Bretts Wharft was first established in 1928 as Brett's Wharves and Stevedoring Co. Ltd. The wharf was built on January 6, 1929, and the first ship docked on July 29, 1929.

📍 Not until 2008, when the Apollo Road ferry wharf in Bulimba reopened, Bretts Wharf was the downstream terminus of the CityCat service. ⛴️
