R E C I P E

L A Y E R 1 : BLACK BEAN BROWNIES (promise you cannot taste the black beans )

* Mix all ingredients in a food processor —> 15 ounces of black beans (drained and rinsed)
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 eggs
1/3 cup coconut oil
2/3 cup agave
1/2 tsp baking powder

* Bake in a 9x13 at 350 degrees for 25 mins

* Let cool and refrigerate

L A Y E R 2 : COOKIE CAKE
* Mix 1 cup Arbonne marble cake protein, 1 cup almond flour
1.5 cup oat flour
2 TBS coconut sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder

* Melt
1/2 cup agave
1/2 cup almond butter
1 TBS vanilla
4 TBS almond milk

* Combine until you have a doughy consistency. Add in sprinkles and more almond milk as needed.

* Press the cookie cake dough into the chilled brownies, top with more sprinkles and enjoy. Recipe form IC Britney Slaughter

Wellness Wednesday...
You can start to change your life, one day at a time and one behavior at a time. Focus on making healthier choices in different areas of your life. Here are some suggestions below. Start now, be consistent and positive outcomes will inevitably result. Be patient, stay focused and know that you can do it.

1. Move More, Sit Less
Sit fewer than three hours per day.
Accumulate at least 10,000 steps.
Be intentional about redesigning your environment to prompt more activity.
Inspire your family, co-workers, and friends to move more with you.

2. Exercise Regularly
Cardio: 3–5 days/week, 20–60 minutes, moderate-to-vigorous level
Strength: 2–3 non-consecutive days/week, all major muscles
Flexibility: 5–7 days/week, all major joints, static stretching

3. Rest Regularly
Sleep 7–8 hours per night.
Take mini-breaks throughout your day.
Set aside one day from your regular routine to rest every week.
Take regular vacations in which the focus is rest and relaxation.

4. Eat Minimally Processed Food
Eat a mostly plant-based, non-processed diet.
Eat 3–5 servings of vegetables/fruits per day.
Ensure that a majority of the grains you eat are 100% whole grains.
Limit/avoid simple sugars, saturated fat and salt.
Control your portions.
Eat regularly (especially a healthy breakfast).

5. Connect Regularly and Meaningfully
Take time for self-reflection on a regular basis.
Make a point to connect with family and friends outside of social media.
Connect with strangers and the larger world (be a global citizen).
Spend some time outdoors.
Give back and be kind to all.

6. Cope with Stress
Set priorities.
Manage your time well.
Manage your space well (stay organized).
Plan ahead.
Pray, meditate and be mindful.
Set boundaries.
Take control and take responsibility.

Miami Smoothie Ingredients:
1 to 2 scoops Arbonne Essentials Vanilla Protein Shake Mix
1 scoop Arbonne Essentials Daily Fiber Boost
5 leaves fresh mint
2 to 3 wedges fresh lime
1/4 teaspoon lime zest
1/4 cup coconut water
Almond milk
Ice cubes
Instructions:
1.Pour Arbonne Essentials Vanilla Protein Shake Mix into a blender
2.Add Arbonne Essentials Daily Fiber Boost
3.Add fresh mint leaves
4.Squeeze in the juice of fresh lime wedges and add lime zest
5.Pour in coconut water
6.Add a handful of ice
7.Add almond milk to desired consistency
8.Blend and enjoy!

Great Clean Eating breakfast idea. Soft boiled or poached eggs on Avocado, Sweet Potato toast.
To make the Sweet potato toast. Slice sweet potato into thin slices, then toss in avocado oil and bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Make sure to toss 1/2 way through. Then spread with crushed avocado and top with eggs and plenty of seasoning...great idea for Sunday Brunch! 🥚 🍠 🥑
