Happy Veterans Day! Love this photo of my mom and her brother, Jim Popple. He served and fought in WWII and received the Purple Heart. Mom always talked about how she and her sisters wrote to him and others in his company to keep their spirits up. Thinking of all our veterans today and their families ❤️

Saying goodbye to one of the best there is..best of luck to Danielle as she heads home to Iowa to further her career and be closer to family. THIS family will miss her talent and leadership, but we still have her friendship ❤️

Cleaning out my desk and this is one of the first photos I came across..me and John Froyd in the old newsroom. ❤️John passed away over the weekend at the age of 89. He was a wonderful guy, a good friend, and I have such great memories of him. Sincere condolences to his family❤️

The last interview with Wisconsin's 74th Alice in Dairyland and Tilden's own Julia Nunes! I watched Julia grow up in our 4-H club and am so proud of her time as "Alice"..she's an outstanding young woman and has been an excellent ambassador for Wisconsin agriculture!
