Lone Star Shih Tzu & Lhasa Apso Rescue lost a sweet Shih Tzu after she ingested a part of a Sago Palm. Please read about these plants. They are extremely dangerous to our furry friends!!
People! Go into your yards right now and see if you have Sago Palms in your yard.
Ingesting only one of these seeds or chewing on leaves and/or roots can and will KILL YOUR DOGS.
We just lost a gorgeous, young, sweet little dog because she ate the seeds. She was at the vet within an hour of ingesting the seeds and spent three days getting intensive, aggressive treatment at one of the premier ICU vet hospitals in the state and she STILL died.
Get these plants out of your yard!
