Hire Ground Brand Story
The future they predicted is here.
We’re living in a nation that’s more diverse than ever before. It’s 2019, the very year when it was projected that children from ethnic families would become the majority of all children born in the United States. Sometime between 2041 and 2049, people of color will be the majority of the nation’s population, much like the rest of the world.
We’re also more connected than ever before.
More than 90% of US households have an average of three electronic devices or more, and we’re spending more time engaging with our screens. The future of enterprise will depend upon the extent to which companies leverage diversity and technology to build innovative products and services that give them a competitive advantage in the global marketplace. For decades, corporations and government have advanced solutions to build a stronger connection between diverse suppliers and big business. We’ve made some strides forward, yet we’re losing ground. It is in everyone’s interest for us to step it up. There’s money and progress to be made when we find a solution to sustaining a robust pipeline of excellent diverse suppliers and connecting them to the enterprise ecosystem. The future is here. Thankfully, so is the solution we’ve been seeking. Working together, we’ll all reach a higher ground.
