I plant everything different weeks to try to space it out, and yet everything is still always ready to harvest at the same time. Oh, well, good thing I have space in the freezer…

Cauliflower’s ready!
Spent the weekend harvesting and freezing 16 heads of cauliflower. Tried spacing out the planning times, but typical, it’s already at once. Good thing there’s room in the freezer!
