I usually get my workout done before work, but sometimes I like getting it done in the afternoon because it gives me a spike of energy to keep me awake until a decent hour! 😂

Crushed a new workout from one of my favorite trainers & it was only 15 minutes & I am dripping in sweat! 🙌🏻
So grateful for a quick effective workout I can do from home so I can get started with my errands for the day!

My goal is to stick to my workouts & nutrition 100% for the next 20 days. I killed day 1 & I am rocking day 2. There is a few things that help me stay on track: Meal prep SAVES me! I have my lunches ready to go for the week so all I have to do is heat it up in the microwave. I have a CONSISTENT breakfast which is my superfood shake. I ALWAYS have a plan for dinner each night. What do you do to help you stay consistent with your nutrition?
This is what 29 looks like 💁🏼♀️🎂 🎉 Started my birthday off with a massage, a healthier version of a PSL, finished my 8 week lifting/HIIT program (my biceps have never popped more!), visited with my mama & spent the evening with some good friends. Going to soak up every minute of this last year in my 20s! Cheers! 🎉💕
Saturday morning feels 😴||
went down this evening! Lunches this week are: shredded BBQ chicken, sweet potatoes in a bowl full of veggies (greens, cabbage, carrots, cucumbers & tomatoes). I also made spaghetti squash lasagna which is amazing 😍! The recipe came from the many recipes I have access to that helps me stick to my meal plan! Totally set for the week 🙌🏻

Happy 4th of July! 🎆Biked up to the Golden Gate Bridge & across to Sausalito, got ice cream for lunch because & now sitting on the ferry back to San Francisco for more 4th festivities! Loving San Fran! ||

Because I start the day off by doing something for me!
Filling my cup before pouring into others insures that I give everyone my best self.

|| In honor of the opening of our annual coach conference, I’m throwing it back to the to opening night of the conference LAST year. I am unable to make it there this year & the FOMO IS REAL.
One of the best things about our coaching community is just that...the COMMUNITY. The love & support that pours out of everyone is truly magical ✨ When you are surrounded by thousands of people who just want to help others better themselves, it’s hard NOT to feel love, positivity and a whole lot of joy💕

I have been a mess today. Workout skipped this morning, hair thrown in a wet bun on top of my head, struggled to stay motivated all day, came home & convinced myself to workout after drinking some liquid gold, then had to make dinner a total hot mess. 😂 Not everyday can I get myself up at 5am to workout...or make healthy food choices, but that’s life & I live my best life I can, even when it’s messy hair, chugging post workout protein & cooking dinner all at the same time. ✌🏻
Everyone has to start somewhere. When I started my fitness journey, I was 30lbs heavier, had a hard time moving through a Zumba class at the Y. I stayed CONSISTENT & now I am crushing weights, burpees & numerous 10 mike races & half marathons. I didn’t get to this place overnight. It has been weeks, months, YEARS to get here. BUT every hour, every push up, ever run...it will get you to where you want to be & it will be 100% worth it.
Waking up to workout before work isn’t easy...but it’s harder to NOT. Exercise helps my anxiety & relieve stress. Having that time before going off to my full time job & dealing with all stresses of life, let’s me go into the day feeling positive & full of energy to take on the day!

I am SO glad that my husband got out of bed this morning to workout because I ALMOST didn’t get up! For a minute I decided I was going to sleep in but I heard him getting ready to push play & I had to join! 😉
Even though we had been friends since my sophomore year of college, we started dating because my husband asked to be my gym buddy. At this point, I was at the VERY beginning of my fitness journey and was running 2 miles on the track at the YMCA & playing around with weights. The first time he joined me, he barely made it 1 mile with me and now he has ran countless 5Ks, 10Ks & 10 milers, a few half marathon & a full marathon! 🏃🏼♂️
I love working out with him & I am so glad that I have a supportive spouse to hold me accountable every day!

I am so thankful for this girl for inviting to this opportunity that has been on of the best decisions of my life.

Eeeek! 😆I was SO excited to hop out of bed this morning to try one of the four preview workouts of our new lift & HIIT program! These workouts show you how to lift with proper form, do it effectively & get your heart rate up with high intensity interval training. I also love that each workout ends with core! ✨Team call nights are one of my favorite nights! Everyone dreads Monday’s, but I always look forward to them because I know at the end of the day I get to hang out with other women who are like me.

Biceps are coming in hot 🔥 Early morning workouts are my jam! But I understand that not everyone loves sweating early in the AM! The beauty about my home workouts is I can do them whenever I want. I use to hate missing certain group ex classes & if I did, there is a good chance I didn’t workout that day. Now, if I miss it in the AM, I can easily work it in after work! I love the flexibility I have & it is why I have been so consistent in working out the past 2 years.

Guys, sleep has been REAL tough lately. I would say 75% of the time I can fall asleep pretty easy once I start to feel tired. The problem is I can’t stay asleep 😴 & I don’t feel like the quality of sleep I get is good.
Anyone have any good tips & tricks for a good night’s sleep?!

Can you tell the difference between these two smiles? I can.
The picture on the left was the beginning of my fitness journey & a hint of confidence was coming to me. The picture on the left my smile is bigger and I remember how good I felt in my skin in that moment.
This whole journey isn’t about a number on the scale (which is useful for information & thats it). It won’t tell you your beautiful every day. It won’t make you like yourself more.
Though there is difference in pounds between these photos, my confidence & love for myself is so much greater.
That’s what’s important.
That is what will shine through. 💕
