We very much doubt you will have any problems with our hair, however, if our hair is found to be faulty in any way, please let us know and we will rectify ASAP. Additionally, if the order received is incorrect, kindly let us know
within 24hours of receipt and we will arrange an exchange asap. Exchanges are offered on orders returned in original condition
within 7 days of purchase.
